I Need to Find a JQUERY and CSS Expert in NYC?
Hello, I live in NYC and I am building my very first website using iWeb. I am an absolute beginner and I have only been building my website for 2 months now. I have already starting incorporating HTML snippets and I am now having problems incorporating a JQUERY fading navigation bar on my website. Is there someone in NYC who would be willing to get together with me at a Starbucks and help me with my website. I don't know how much to pay but, of course, I would be willing to do so.
