I used ajax to load the content of a page from my database, but it can't just display on mobile phone

Please someone should help me out, i used ajax to load the content of a page from database, but  am having an issue right now, its displaying fine on my laptop and infinix ZERO3 but cannot display any content on some mobile phones (like iphone4s), what can i do to solve this?
