I'd like to do slideshow?

I'd like to do slideshow with jquery like this http://interface.eyecon.ro/demos/ifx.html
Main idea is to do disappearing image and appearing simultaneously.
I have't enaugh experienced (not for a while yet) to do it self. Please explain or give a hint of how can i do this.
