I've got a nice asp.net intranet application that I am working with

Works great in " http://localhost:4545/" 

But.. not when running off my server from IE 10, IE 9, IE 11.

it is acting like there was no jQuery or CSS.

Everything runs fine off of the server inside (Chrome or FireFox).

What is different about debugging in localhost than running it off of the server?
