Hi Guys,
I'm a beginner in Jquery but trying to learn some things.
Having some problems trying to develop a image slider with buttons. This is a slider for the header of a building company website. The 8 buttons and the images that are linked to that are some services my costumer can give.

The problems are:
*Because the active image first fades out before the new image fades in you see the background. I would like the image to flow over in each other. So you dont see the background and there is always an image.
*I want the buttons to have an hover effect. So when you go over the button with the mouse the button will get active and fade in the linked image.
* Then I want the buttons to link to a certain page when a visitor clicks them. Therefor it has to have some kind of click state??
