Implementing Page Transition in asp.net

Hi,

Is it possible to achieve page transitions (ie: When clicking on the link the page fades out and fades in the next page).

I want to implement this for Iphone Mobile web application and i am using asp.net language.

Whether Jquery will support For Iphone?

If so can anyone give me the steps of how to acheive the page transition?
