I am too new with jquery and don't know anything :(

I have some problems with jquery when I used it my site which came from this template. The skins work fine live demo which I linked altough I cannot use it very well. I did not change anything, just remove the content area from master page and all scripts are bottom of the page in the form area. I guess there is something wrong or missing but I do not know which are?
