Internet Explorer Error in Jquery code

Internet Explorer Error in Jquery code

I have some mouseover commands that are working just fine in Firefox and Chrome. They are not however working in Safari or IE8. IE give me a error on page which it locates in the actual Jquery library. They are as follows:
