I was directed here by reddit/r/wordpress when looking into making external links on my site open in a new window. I was doing it manually and they said the jquery script will make it much easier. I came here and am just finding my newb self overwhelmed.

What do I need to do to make it happen? I see the script, what file does it go on for my wordpress FTP? Which script do I use? etc
