Is a Plugin Doing this Image Hover Effect?

I haven't seen image hover done this way before -  http://www.abc.net.au/news/events/japan-quake-2011/beforeafter.htm. The site is using jQuery.  Are they using a plugin?

The site is showing horrifying before and after pictures of Japan.
