is it possible to have mobile ui for zend framework app

I want to have mobile user interface for a cloud  application created using zend framework1.11. is it possible to use  jquery mobile with zend framework for creating mobile ui.

Also i want to change only the switching of  layout when open in mobile device and when open in web browser.other codes and url are similar.

is this possible
