I'm new to jQuery and would like to create an image that utilizes Parallax, but would also like there to be a slight tilt or rotation around the base layer. The effect would be similar to a camera dolly that was fixed on a single point.

Any suggestions to accomplish this would be appreciated.

If it's not possible then I'll go the embedded movie route. I'd just like it to be more interactive.
