Is Spinner included in the default download?
I downloaded the jquery ui from http://jqueryui.com/download (with
everything checked off), but it seems that spinner is not included (or
I am doing something else wrong), as .spinner is not a function.
I checked the demos in the download bundle, and it doesn't mention
anything about the spinner either.
