Is the jquery ui download builder broken or what?

Hi all,

I am wondering if the jquery ui download builder is broken.
I have used it many times before, but now it doesn't seem to be working.

I untick all the stuff I don't want and click the button at the bottom marked download.
A message comes up waiting and nothing happens.

It did say to report this on github, but I am not a member.

Also on themes page when you click on a theme it doesn't load into the screen like it used to so that you can see the theme.

I am desperate to get a new theme for my site, but I can't get nothing working.
