Is there a plugin for a "Virtual list" that has hidden inputs attached?

Is there a plugin for a "Virtual list" that has hidden inputs attached?

I need to create a list, add items to it and then save it. I was wondering if there is such a jQuery UI element out there that would let me create a list of items with their hidden input elements so that on submit I can "save" the list.

Any advice or alternative method of achieving the goal is greatly appreciated!
