Is there a way to move the screen to show a different horizontal "X" position of the screen via an icon

Probably another cant do question but I'll give it a shot.

I have screens that scroll horizontal left and right. Is there a way to click on an ...arrow... icon to shift the screen to the left and right and not use the mouse to scroll left and right?
