Hi,

I have a problem with the above line of code causing a an error when using IE8, but not when using Opera.

The code has this comment: // check if target is a textnode (safari)

and refers to this property: event.target.nodeType

which does not appear to be recognised when I am using IE8.

Can anyone advise what steps to take next please? (I tried commenting-out the code, but as another error crops up nearby, it's not much of a solution).
