Is this functionality available in JQuery?
Unfortunately I know nothing about jQuery and was told by a colleague to look here for an answer.
I am working in JSF and I have a text field and a drop down box in my JSP page and whereby when I enter a value in the text field I need to be able to have a specific option in the drop down box be SELECTED. In trying to look for this functionality in jQuery I kept coming up empty. I am assuming I did not know how to look this up in the forum and/or on the website.
If anyone can please give me an answer to my question and how I should be looking up this functionality in the jQuery forum and/or website that would be appreciated as well.
