Issues in safari iOS 8.3 loading scripts.

Hello and Thank you in advance for your help. Here is the issue that we are having:

We are having issues 50% of the time loading jQuery ONLY in Safari on iPhone and iPad with iOS 8+.

Also everything works just fine in PRIVATE BROWSING WINDOW in safari.

Same issues in iPad and in addition to that ipad used cannot add items to the cart.

Also CSS styles are not loading properly 50% of the time.

In Chrome... orepa... firefox etc everything WORKS FINE with zero issues. we have tested in iOS 7 and everything is fine.

If some one can test it on their iPhones or iPads and give us some help .
