Issues with accordion in Internet Explorer 10

I am using jQuery accordion for some sections of my website and recently upgraded my browser to IE 10 and started noticing a weird issue with accordions while they collapse.

Please see the attachments when its expanded and collapsed.

These lines disappear when we click on that area.
