Jcarousel problem

Well I'm pretty new to Javascript and jQuery all together but I seem to have broken my code :(

I get the following error:

jQuery("#carousel").jcarousel is not a function

I thought that the include link was incorrect but this was not the case. Since it worked yesterday I guess it should be something small.
