JQM Panel slow load / lag the entire page when open using iPad/iPhone's Safari/ Chrome

JQM Panel slow load / lag the entire page when open using iPad/iPhone's Safari/ Chrome

I started to use new JQM version 1.3.1 which have its new Panel data role.

I just notice that when i view a page with JQM Panel on IPad/IPhone's Safari / Google Chrome , the page controls render slow and when i type on to an input box it takes time to populate. But Panel works perfectly when viewed on desktop browsers and also on Samsung S3.

To check this issue,you can test my 2 sample below:

  1. Page with JQM Panel (with issue on page load and input) _http://jsfiddle.net/ZPrJm

Does anyone can provide the details to deal with this Issue. Or this is really a bug on 1.3.1 or a device(iPad,iPhone) incompatibility?
