Jquery 1.3 not working with blackberry 9780 (Platform 6.5)

Jquery 1.3 not working with blackberry 9780 (Platform 6.5)

When I load jquery-1.9.1 and jquery-mobile-1.3.2 in my application and include other JS for example a simple js having one function which is alerting a message on load of html page. But because of jquery mobile 1.3.2 that js is not getting loaded.
