[jQuery] A posibble extension for fx plugin
@Andre Lewis: You don't need to include 'iutil.js' if you plan tu use only the pulsate fx. For the other fx you need the 'iutil.js' because some functions from it are used.
Regarding opacity in Opera: as far as I know, Opera does not support opacity so the fx based on opacity will not work.
Also I anounce the release of interface elements for jquery, compresed and ready for download. I developed the first project without scriptaculous and prototype and everything worked fine.
