[jQuery] Accessing an element's :hover colour?
How would I go about getting an element's :hover colour with Javascript?
I've tried the following,
var theLink = document.getElementsByTagName('a')[3];
document.defaultView.getComputedSt yle(theLink,
'hover').getPropertyValue('color');
but that didn't work because getComputedStyle specifically takes a
pseudo-element (not a pseudo-class) as its optional second argument.
Anyone have any ideas?
