[jQuery] Accessing HTML form fields into jqgrid


Hi all,
This is dillu. I am a new comer to jQuery , jqGrid. I am
trying to get the form values ( text fields) into my jsp(which
consists of jQuery , jqGrid code), and I am trying to add those into
the grid. can you please tell me the way to access form values into my
grid.
