Jquery Accordion doesn't work across browsers

Good morning, I am having a problem with a Jquery accordion. I was able to get it to work on fiddle and it is rendered successfully in Google Chrome, but not in IE or FireFox. Could anyone take a look at the attached code and let me know if they know why this might be?
