jQuery and Log-in box?

jQuery and Log-in box?

Hello

I have only just come across jQuery - it's impressive - and I have just downloaded the two folders 'example' and 'jQuery.fancy.box').

I have an HTML page with a 'Log-in' link. Can I use jQuery in such a way that by clicking on 'Log-in', it will give me a small log-in screen (not an image) where the user types in his user name and password?

Alternatively, could I use it for a site which requires the user to tick an 'agree to the terms and conditions' checkbox - again, not an image?
