hi, I have web page that has a jquery animation (accordion slider thing) that works fine.  jQuery 1.2.6.

On this same page I have a FLV video.  when the video is playing the jquery slider works quite poorly. its slow, choppy or jumps into place type of thing under firefox. In IE it actually drops frames in the video when jquery is animiating. the video will pause (audio keeps going) until the animation stops.

anyone have any idea how to improve this?
