[jQuery] anyone got Date Picker plugin(downloaded) ?

<span>The original Date-Picker page seems to be down (<a href="http://kelvinluck.com">kelvinluck.com</a> ) and i cant find it via wayback. Can anyone send me the plugin or host the file somewhere ?
(maybe put it into jquery svn ?)
