[jQuery] Arrow hover effect not functioning

[jQuery] Arrow hover effect not functioning


I'm having problems with the arrow hover effect not working in IE/
Firefox.
The skin I'm using is just a modified version if the ie7/tango skin,
both of which have the same problem.
