[jQuery] attr - problem getting attributes in IE6 ... IE7 and FF are fine
in this issue First off ... i'm using ajax to pull elements into the
DOM. So my code uses this (there are probably better ways to do
this) ...
$(document).ready(function() {
$('body').click(function(event) {
if ($(event.target).is('.touchRfq')) {
var touchco = $(event.target.id).attr("name");
alert(touchco);
});
});
why isn't this grabbing the name on this? in IE7 and FF2 it's fine ...
but IE 6 fails to grab the "name" attribute.
any thoughts?
