jQuery audio/video streaming w/customized interface

In short... could you please give me suggestions for a very customizable audio/video streaming player.

I'm starting a web site for streaming audio and video from a Linux streaming server. The project starts as non profitable experimental and if it goes well it will became sponsored by advertisements.
The site is being built using HTML5/CSS3, jquery integration, cross browser compatible (IE7-9, Firefox 3-*, Chrome, Opera, Safari).
I designed a themed audio/video interface/console with separated elements for On/Off, Volume, Live streaming/On Demand streaming (play list) and more commands depending on player's capabilities and I'm having a hard time finding a player that offers the possibility of customization of the skin.
