Jquery autocomplete with combo box

In our project previously we had combo boxes.we changed this one by using jquery auto complete

, but the client asking they want auto complete with combo boxs

. and also we had to go server to get the suggested list

. i searched all the net i dint find any think

.can u tell me any idea or example .
