[jQuery] Available Screen Real Estate

Greetings, all.
I suspect I'm overlooking something fairly obvious in my perusal of the documentation, but is there an easy way to determine the width and height of the available screen real estate (that is, the viewable area of the browser, not the document dimensions) with JQuery?
