jQuery broken in IE and Chrome but not Firefox

jQuery broken in IE and Chrome but not Firefox

I have an issue in which any and all jQuery function calls are broken in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but it functions properly in Firefox and even Firefox doesn't give me any Javascript errors.

I can't see why it isn't working.
