[jQuery] Can jQuery imitate this Flash animation?


Hello,
I'm wondering if it's possible to do (or if there's a tutorial out
there) something like the following link. It's in Flash but I want to
do in jQuery (and even better)/ I don't even know how this animation
effect is called.
