[jQuery] Can't use traditional anchor names
Good idea.. I tried it at first.. but I *think* the #loc has to come before the [?] in the URI

Just a thought 9and i don't suppose it's actually an answer), but
usually don't anchor references like that go at the end of the URL
string?
Is it possible to url encode the # character and still get it to work?
(I'm guessing based on the error message you had that it's not an
order issue but an "# characters make ASP blow up" issue. But I'm a
PHP guy m'self so I'm not real well versed in that sort of thing.)
