[jQuery] CC License Questions

Question:
jQuery is currently being distrubuted under a CC Share Alike license.
I'm a little unclear on what this requires.
I'll be integrating jQuery into my companies internal CMS for AJAX
and browser effects, and need some documentation ensuring the higher-
ups it's OK to use.
Could I get a firm answer on whether the license:
a.) Requires our firm to open-source and distribute our CMS product,
as it will make calls/rely on jQuery for client side interaction.
b.) If we choose open-source our CMS, will the license for our
release have to be CC Share Alike.
I suspect that the license applies only to jQuery itself, and a
derivative JS library, but should not apply to surrounding
frameworks. Is this the case?
