[jQuery] center() Function

[jQuery] center() Function

The docs still reference the center function, but it does not appear to be
found anywhere in the SVN, nor is it on the Plugins page. Does anyone know
what happened to it? I think John mentioned it was moved out of the fx
package, but I'm not sure where it's been moved to.
