[jQuery] cluetip on Safari Mac throws error: NO_MODIFICATION_ALLOWED_ERR: DOM Exception 7


Safari on mac is throwing this error:
NO_MODIFICATION_ALLOWED_ERR: DOM Exception 7
When using any method to call the tooltip function.
Safari Windows has no issues, nor does any other browser.
Any ideas?
