Jquery code for persist hiding table rows upon dropdown selection or checkbox checking

Jquery code for persist hiding table rows upon dropdown selection or checkbox checking

I have no clue how to write the code for that. I got the checkbox and selection persist down with help of this community, but i get the feel the code for persisting hiding table row will be very different. can you give me some hints?
