Jquery conflict with SharePoint People/Group field Address Book

Jquery conflict with SharePoint People/Group field Address Book

I have an aspx from a custom list app that was converted from SP2010 to SP2013/SP2016 and the pop-up box for the People/Group field address book when clicked does nothing...  If my jquery references are removed then it works???
