jquery conflicts (even after using window.onload=$.noConflict())

hi,
 Greetings.I have listed the URL below.

*CASE 1:

*In first URL Jcaurosel is working fine.the reason is i have not added
*window.onload=$.noConflict();
*

Problem :

In that case slider and drag n drop functionality is not working

*Case 2:*
*http://demo.lithe.in/jcaurosel/index2.html*

when i add *

**window.onload=$.noConflict();
*Everything is slider, drag n drop is working fine but jcaurosel is not
working fine..
