jQuery Corner and Border

Hello,

I am using the jquery corner plugin http://methvin.com/jquery/jq-corner-demo.html. I am able to apply corners on different elements of my html code for example li list elements. But my problem is that the border which I applied via css is not displayed when the element is rounded up through jquery. So the border is not rounded up. Is there a way to solve this problem`? thanks for help
