<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I tried today to add a bordercolor change on an img/icon on hover. Using IE6 and to my horror found out YOU CAN't.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Is there anything I can do with JQuery installed, by altering the global CSS file alone?</FONT>
