[jQuery] Cycle plugin messing with hidden list

I am using the cycle plugin to swap entire pages for my navigation. On one page, I have a unordered list that is supposed to be "display:none" by default. Then when a link on the page is click, it shows slowly. However, for some reason the cycle plugin seems to be showing it by default and overriding my "display:none". Anyone know how I can fix this?<div>
