jQuery dashboard

Hey guyz,
I m new in this community,
What I want to do is create a dashboard,
1.tabs(able to add,delete,sort)
2.the tabs should give option to add some divs which will be like sortable portlets in jquery ui(able to minimize,maximize,add,remove)

But I m not getting how to do this.

PS.
can I use highcharts on this sortable portlets?
