Jquery Datatable horizontal scroll is not consistent in IE11

Hello All, 

I am using jquery Datatable in my web page. But w ith IE11 browser, when i resize my window to minimal size(mobile view), it's displaying without horizontal scrollbar. i.e horizontal scroll bar is not consistent(sometimes appearing, sometimes not appearing). In chrome and firefox, it's working fine. Only in IE11 i am facing this problem. 

Please help me how to fix this fixed horizontal scroll bar issue in IE11
