jQuery datepicker -- allow non-date text input?

jQuery datepicker -- allow non-date text input?


Hello,
Is there any way for the datepicker to allow non-date text input? I
have a situation where the user might not know the month or date, so
they would need to be able to type in something like "01/unk/2009".
